Get myself ready for work the evening before 1 8 months ago

In the mornings I have trouble getting up early (see goal about waking earlier).

When I finally get up I am rushing around trying to get ready for work, and I find it stressful and time-wasting. What will help me is to get up and have everything to hand so I can get ready in a calm way, enjoy the sunrise, enjoy my breakfast, and not be rushing or panicking.

During the previous evening I want to:
1) lay out all my clothes
2) put things I need for the next day in my handbag
3) do my lunch and lay out things for my breakfast.

This should take no longer than 15 minutes.
