I haven’t been riding all that much. I take my scooter out occasionally, but I’m thinking of getting a 250 to get more road experience.

Success – for now! Both my girlfriend & I got our Learner’s Permit on Sunday.
I can finally ride my scooter on the road – legally! ;)
I think that I’ll have to see how I go (we can have our Learner’s for 3 months & then we can go for our Probationary), for awhile before I ring back & book in for the Licence!
Well I was given the motorcycle handbook, and it’s pretty straight forward. Now I just have to study, study, study!
I booked in with my best girlfriend to get our Motorcycle Learner Permits, but booked in especially for the Scooter class. It’s on Sunday 19th June, a month from now!
Wish it could’ve been earlier, but I’m not prepared. I still have to buy the Motorcycle Handbook, and they only run classes once a month – (well this particular mob anyhow.)
Well I arrived home after having 4 wisdom teeth pulled out today.
Lo and behold, there was a scooter in my living room!
Ironic, huh?! I guess I’m going to getting my motorcycle licence a lot quicker than I thought!
This is an odd one. I’ve grown up with riding motorbikes so it feels a bit strange having to go for a licence to ride one. Although I enjoy fast bikes, at the moment, I really want one so I can ride a scooter around instead of driving a car.
