Omg, I’ve been starting to do this so much lately in the Summer because well.. no school = boredom.
So, I’m going to try and stop eating when I’m hungry for about a week or a month, then if I’m keeping up with it, say that I can do it and continue to do it. ;D
I guess I’ll drink some ice water whenever I’m bored and think I’m ‘hungry’
Maybe that will help. ;o
