This past week I have forgiven 2 of my ex boyfriends and apologized to them as well. I realized that it’s really dumb to hold on to the past and harbor negative thoughts and feelings. It probably isn’t good for your health or shortens your life in some way. There’s no sense in it at all. It wasn’t easy to let go, it took me a year to let these feelings go and to contact them again. I feel great about it now though. It’s definitely a big relief. I still have a while to go before I feel like I’ve completed this goal.
