Checking tags and stuff 15 months ago

I’ve been checking tags of various products to see which ones contain, and which ones don’t contain sugar. If I decided to stop eating sugar altogether I’d be ditching 80% of my menu. My goal, however, which is to stop craving sugar, has not yet been completed. I’m continuing to eat stuff that is low on sugar, or has no sugar just because I don’t want to turn into a guy who’s looking at tags in the store for half an hour (I look at them at home and hopefully I’ll remember foods which do and don’t contain sugars). But my real goal is to stop craving chocolates and milk sweetened with some sugar and chocolate powder (one like Nesquick, although it’s not Nesquick). I consume WAAAAY too much of those.



Sugar 16 months ago

Allowed myself some of it today for a full week of no sugar intake (except that fructose which wasn’t as dramatic as I’d hoped).

On a side-note, this week I lost almost 2 pounds. It’s been a while since I’ve seen the number 76 on my weight scale (kilograms, that is), even though it was 76.8. Nice to see I’m below 77 finally. This makes it 5.7 kg left to lose, which is about 11 or 12 pounds.
