I’m eating cheese burgers now twice a week at school, might isn’t healthiest but helps a little. :)
I eat fruit two pairs a day.
I drink j’us d’orange and take vitamin pills.
I eat spinach once a week with fith omega 3
I eat a lot of crisps and nuts and kiwi’s.
I eat cheerios in the morning.
I do fitness weight lifting for my arms. that’s my progress so far.
it isn’t good enough just yet, any tips and suggestions i should change in this bad behaviour. thanks. love n light.
