organize my paperwork

The book that I bought is giving me some ideas on how to move forward.

Still have a lot of papers to organize, and I keep procrastinating on this goal!

The file folders, and book are going to help me to organize the papers.

It just feels insurmountable! There are so many papers to organize, not enough time to do it, and I just don’t want to get started, because I know that I can’t finish the project in one sitting.

I’m going to keep trying the step-by-step approach, enough though it’s such a slow way of doing things.

I have been organizing my favourite folders on the computer because they are my “paperles” folders, and they also have information on how to organize paperwork.

It seemed like quite the task to organize the links into folders, but I’m glad that I did it, because from doing it, I now know that I have several projects on the go, that need to be finished.

I’ve been procrastinating a long time on this goal. I just hate dealing with paperwork…. but I guess that once it’s organized then hopefully I won’t have to ever do this again!!!

I guess that in the back of my mind, I worry that the papers will become very disorganized, and that I’ll be back to square one, and be doing the same thing once again! Perhaps this is why I’m taking so long on this goal, and trying to find the ‘perfect’ paper organizing solution… maybe I just need to schedule time each day to keep things in order.

I suppose that I also wanted to find a system where I could just put things away, walk away from it, and forget about it…. but it looks like the best solution is to do the best that I can and get things sorted, organized, and filed, and then everyday ‘maintain’ it!

I’m going to organize important papers, and put them in a central spot so that I always know where to find them.

...felt like a major accomplishment, yet there is still a lot to organize! I’m going to ask my husband for some help so that I can complete this goal faster! ;-)

I changed my name so there is going to be more paperwork to file, and organize! ;-P

I found some cool organizing things at the dollar store. I’m definately going back there… very soon!!!! I was delighted to find out that they had the exact paper organizers that I’ve been looking all over for. Once I guessimated how many I would need, I tried to colour coordinate them. I think that having things colour coordinated makes it feel more organized, and if it looks organized then it’s likely that it will get used.

I grouped some of my important papers into piles according to year… the next step will be to put things into the correct chronological order. Getting these papers in order has been something that I’ve been dreading as there have been a lot to organize; it’s also very time consuming!

I can’t believe how long it has taken me to organize the papers. I keep telling myself that it will be a good thing when I’m finished. LOL.
