2010 It's a New Year!

1. I’m getting stronger each day;
2. My abs are getting strong enough to be able to do actual ab exercises that target the abs;
3. I started P90X;
4. Spring is on its way;
5. I have a delicious meal plan for the upcoming week.



Lost 60 lbs!

1. I lost 60 lbs!
2. I’m getting stronger (I can hold 25 lbs on my back while doing the plank);

3. I am healthy;

4. My family is healthy;

5. The sun has returned, and there is no snow on the ground!



100 posts so about 500 happy thoughts!

Wow! I just finished my 100th post so that means that I have recorded over 500 happy thoughts! That is exciting!

This is a happy moment!



Summer is lasting longer

1. It’s a beautiful sunny day, and summer is sticking around a little bit longer!

2. I am getting stronger from doing weight training;

3. I can run faster, and longer distances while pushing the jogging stroller;

4. I am eating healthier foods;

5. I have been maintaining my food journal, and being honest about what I consume!

Preparing for a new month, and new possibilities- September 2009 is just around the corner

1. A new month is just around the corner so that means new opportunities, new possibilities to make the changes that I want to, and need to do;
2. Reached 55 lb weight loss;
3. Beautiful sunny day;
4. Had time to get on the computer, and write a few journal entries;
5. Feeling motivated to work on my goal of losing 100 lbs post-partum!

Running, Running, Running

1. In a few days, I will be running my first 10 km race;
2. I am able to run;
3. I have been able to practice running despite a few interruptions in my training schedule;
4. Trying to maintain my fitness/health plan;
5. It’s comfortable in the house (not too hot this year).



Enjoy summer while it lasts

3. I can do things that I wasn’t able to do a few months ago (i.e. running, exercising, balancing on one foot);
