continuously write in my journal

Well i have found the journal i want to use. I spose this is a good start to writing :P I’ll probably get it for my birthday or something…

Ok, well it seems i have to get around buying a journal first. I have been slack with this… I know i am going to buy a big leather bound journal though, so i guess thats a start.

Every time i buy a journal the same thing happens; I write about my past first to sort of introduce myself to the book. Does anyone else do this? Do you have a habit of writing a long entry first about your past and then move on to the present? Or do you write about the present and bring the past up in your entries?
