Halfway There 6 months ago

I can’t really say that I’ve been eating healthier foods, but I am eating less of the foods during the day. (At least I think thats whats going on). I’ve been losing weight and I just am not hungry as often as I used to be. I don’t snack nearly as often which means I’m getting much less junk food. Part of it is how often Noah and I cook. We don’t do it a lot, but when we do its always rather healthy. Also when we eat with his family they cook healthy food. I don’t eat big lunches either so I’m not gorging on food any more.



Exercise 20 months ago

Since I don’t have a really separate entry about being healthy in general, I’ll add in here that I have only run two miles this past week. I’d like to work towards a new running goal. I find myself eating more pretzels now – not too bad of a snack. I ate a banana but counterbalanced it with a waffle. Oops.



Somewhat Happening 21 months ago

I am eating subs more often, less desserts, and more fruits. Although, now that I’m not eating bad in meals, I DO tend to eat more snacks outside of it. Mostly cereal so nothing killer, but it’s portions that get me. Need to make an effort to cut out snacks.

Doesn’t everyone? Ever hear of the Freshman 15? It’s not too far off of the mark. I don’t necessarily need to lose weight but I’d like to get in shape.
