I just bought a scooter a week ago. However I only have a motorcycle permit. I’m not allowed to drive at night, on the freeway, or have a passenger until I have my full blown license.
And although having semi random strange men driving my bike is an adventure and all… I’d like the ability to take whomever I want on the back of my scooter whenever I feel so inclined.
