write a good novel

I would love to write a novel…I get lots of ideas in my head. When I sit down to write them though, instead of writing the sentence as it appears in my head, the whole thing becomes really wordy and over-complicated, making it really inauthentic and boring. How do I write what’s in my head without thinking about it too much and immediately ‘correcting’ it??
