Tried and failed

I recently moved and discovered the neighborhood barber shop offers this. I went today and waited quite a while, and got turned down. The barber said he couldn’t give me a better shave than what I already had, even though I had not shaved today and had lots of stubble! This is my second time I’ve gone here and left without what I wanted (the first time I went for a haircut and waited 5 hours and had to leave without one).
Needless to say, I do not think I will be returning to this place.
