160.. That’s what I’ve calculated I should weigh. In 2005 I went from 235 down to 168 on a low carb diet. I couldn’t seem to lose anymore.
I stopped dieting and gained back 10 pounds. I switch to a low calorie diet which was easier than the low carb diet, and started excercising more, but though I lost a few pounds, it all came back very quickly, and I think I lost muscle in the process.
I’m now at 185 and I want to try to reach 160 by the end of the year, or get as close as I can, and build muscle at the same time.
