my ‘hometown’ appears to give me many choices to join toastmasters, to practice my public speaking.
it really annoys me that I get all nervous and shaky whenever I do anything ‘formal’, like public speaking.
my original idea was to drink 1 beer (and only 1) just before giving a prepared speech, as I already know that it helps me play pool better :)
but, alchohol is probably not the right answer! hehe.
