establish my own company

I’m not incorporated yet, but I AM a sole trader here in Sydney, Australia. This means I can freelance contract my services, a very important step to running your own business I think.

This means that I’m interacting with small businesses and learning the ins and outs of running your own small IT business.

Suffice to say, you gotta make sure you got some cashflow when you first start – my plan is take a long term client forward with me when I become my own company.

if I start up a software consulting company (not just being a contractor), I want to focus on developing solutions with great technologies like Ruby.
