Three workouts this week, each of 25 minute runs. Today I ran at 6.1 mph for a total of 2.54 miles. I’m halfway there!
Today I was supposed to run 2.25 miles. I ran for 23 minutes at 6.2 mph. Total distance: 2.37 miles!
So today was a five minutes warm up, twenty minutes running, and then five minutes cool down. I ran for twenty minutes at 6.1 mph for a total of 2.02 miles!
So today was my last workout for week four of couch to 5k and my longest run—5:22 and 6.3mph! It was pretty exhausting but this is the furthest I’ve ever gotten in couch to 5k without losing focus and giving up
So my longest runs this week are supposed to be five minutes and should equal half a mile. Today I managed to do a five minute run at 6.4 mph which totaled .55 miles! I’m looking more for distance than speed but I’m glad I can up my speed today all the same!
I managed a five minute run today! It was just over half a mile and I had to run a little slower to manage it but I’m going for distance not for speed on this one.
So I joined 24hour a few weeks ago and now I’m trying the couch to 5k running plan again. My goal is to keep upping my run after that until I reach five miles.
