I don’t know where to get this oil!

My dad’s girlfriend said that it was regular cooking oil.

No it is not (I think).
That is vegetable oil.

Then I checked the isles at the grocery store and all they had was corn oil, vegetable oil, and peanut oil.

No sesame or sunflower oil.

??

This was supposed to be Day 1 of my oil pulling month.
