I took the opportunity on Thursday to go back to gym even though I was sore. I only did la lower body workout. Feeling it today in the glutus maximus. Hmmmm.

I jumped in on the 2nd half of a cardio boxing class last night. It turned out I was odd person out so the trainer was my sparring partner. She gave me a good workout. Fortunately, I am not feeling any pain, yet, this morning, We’ll see how the day progresses.

I was reading a blurb in Men’s Fitness magazine while riding the stationary bike. It showed a man sitting the machine where you squeeze the weight in or push the weight outward with your thighs. I am sure we all know of this awful machine. I actually kind of like it.

However, the article said it really does not do much for toning those areas. Also, how embarrassing opening and closing your thighs like that. Whew! It said doing squats and lunges were more beneficial and would should more. So guess what I went to do?
