...Not such a great week…
I’ve been late to work EVERYDAY this week! and not 10-15 mins either… like an hour, Mon-Weds, and half an hour today…
...I’m bummed…

Good News! 8 months ago

I have Good good NEWS!!!
I have been early or on time for work for the past two weeks! I am going to bed alil earlier, I’m getting up when the alarm goes off!
I’m soo proud.
That Dr appointment I had I was alil late for, I got there at like 2:15, thats good for me, but its still not ON TIME! I’m working at this though, I’m going to be alright, I believe it may take me a while to get this goal completely down…but I wont give up until I do…

Ive been trying very hard to stick with this… I’ve found that letting go of some bad habits of mine have helped. Some of the changes I’ve made so far are… When I hear the alarm I just get right up and walk directly to the bathroom. Once I’m up out the bed, it is easier to let the sleep go and start the day. Also, I try now too get to bed before 12am. I have always know that anytime after 2am, it was a wrap, I would be knocked out when that alarm rang in the morn. But if I get to bed around 11-11:30pm, Im alot more rested and get up better. Staying away from the drugs has had a huge effect on my mornings as well. Now I just need to work on getting to other places on time as well. I haven’t had any appointments or anything… but I do have a Dr Appointment today at 2pm. sooo, wish me the best!

...you name it, I’m late for it. Its starting to get sooo old. It’s terrible that people know I’m coming, but I’m going to be late…before I call, because I am always late! It’s also sad when I show up somewhere early and not only the people I’m meeting, but me, as well am in shock! This is when you know it’s time to get serious, go to bed at an decent hour, wake up when you hear the alarm, stop procrastinating, all that!
I’m going to keep track daily of my time, and I will let you guys know how I do…CHEER ME ON!!
