So i wanna lose 20lbs! I recently lost about a stone/ 14lbs which got me to 165lbs n now I’m gonna push myself to get to 145lbs n then see how I like my body then or carry on a bit further. I haven’t really lost the initial weight in the healthiest of ways but I don’r feel able to stop that now.

I’m gonna carry on eating n purging my evening meal as I have been doing so and increase my hour walks from 3times a week to 5 but if I have to break it down a bit over more days I will. This time next week I want to be able to write that I’m at least down to 160lbs hopefully will be in the 150 range. So I guess that will be valentines day, hope I can say I’ve done it otherwise it’ll put me off enjoying the day with my bf. I think recording the figures n setting smaller goals will help so hopefully it will be good news to report next week. take care evryone n good luck with ur goals!
