maltesers – 190 cals
2 slices of cake – 300 cals altogether
2 bites of spicy egg curry thing – haven’t got a clue
This was bad. Need to sort this sugar out :/
I think this will help me and I’ve been meaning to do it for ages so here goes:
3 cups of double strength tea
2 boiled eggs
1 chocolate biscuit
1 apple
2 oranges
a few softmints
