Today I’m dragging. I’m sore from working out. I’m cranky and craving chocolate. I haven’t had all my water! UGH! I’m tired! and I’m on my time of the month! LOL Just feel like complaining.

Ok so I missed blogging day one and two. Basically I have decided to start losing weight after the birth of my daughter. I have always been over weight and I am getting to old – 27 on the 10th of Dec to be so chunky!! So my current stats. I am 26 – 5’11. My idea weight is 150-155 lbs. I know at this weight I will be a stick figure. So my goal is to be about 175-180. Ways I hope to accomplish my goals:
1.Drink more water
2. Do one work out video a day – weekends off
3. Cut back on carbs
4. Eat less dairy
