I just found a course that claims to be the fastest available. It claims that each of the four volumes can be completed in 10 to 13 hours and not only provides a sound understanding for speech, but also after completion one should be able to read a local newspaper. I may give this one a sot next month.

Must learn French 4 years ago

Faith and I need to get started on learning French as this is neccessary for French citizenship. This crosses with my goal of getting dual citizenship. I will be looking into courses this week.
