Identify the 43 albums I couldn't do without

listening to music, so going to make a start on this by listing a few. It’s impossible for me to say one album I love is “better” than another, it depends on the moment and the mood, so I’m going to keep these alphabetical.

I’m sure these will change as I think of others, but hopefully will end up with a pretty definitive 43.

the idea of listening to the Rolling Stone top 500 albums, but having any kind of life away from the stero is going to get in the way of that. Need to listen to each album a few times to give it a chance, so maybe one album per week means 10 years to complete?!

So, I decided to do this instead. Will start with my itunes most played list, and work from there.

I’m also sort of hoping other people will adopt this goal and I can pick up some good recommendations :-)
