find a new flat with good flatmates

it is not very nice, it is not very comfortable, it is not in a nice district, it is not so close as I have thought before. But my room is big enough for me and my stuff, I can come whenever I want, I can close the door, my flatmates seem ok, what else could I want?

that I have found a new place to stay. I´m to move at 21.6., so I’ll let this goal here till it is really accomplished.
It was soo funny to be interviewed by new possible flatmates. One can almost compare it to the job interview. I’ve decided for a flat with a special atmosphere – it reminds me the flat in my favorite foreign country…
In other flats I could have bigger room or be closer to the center, but I have decided to follow my instinct that tells me that there can be fun in this flat… I hope it’s right :)

3 times interstate in past three months and overall 9 times in last 6 years, one would say that I´m used to it.. as a matter of fact, I´m able to pack all my possessions in 5 hours (and the van is needed to transport it!).
I´ve been really lucky so far to have great flatmates, but it´s always a bit stress to look for new ones.
Now, I would really appreciate if I managed to find a place, where I do not have to live in temporary arrangement, the place with fine people, where I can invite guests and have a shelter if I need one.
