Yeah, I’ve always talked too much. It’s been both a personal and a work-related problem. I was raised in a house where we talked! I was talked to! I was listened to! What an idea! That being said, I’m really ready to embrace listening. I guess I need to do that better and also speak better.

That’s really the goal. Not so much to be silent, but to fill the quiet in a worthwhile way.
