Here is the thing. I know I am working hard. I know I am working harder at this than I have in 15 years. And I hate evaluations. Because I am satisfied with my level of commitment and hard work. I am satisfied with the way I feel stronger and fitter and how I can do 30 seconds of jumping jacks without breathing hard. But the evaluation tells a different story. It tells that my percentage of body fat is UNCHANGED. How can that be??? And it tells that, with few exceptions, my body measurements have changed a mere .5 inches in 6 months. REALLY??? Okay, I am trying not to get discouraged. I understand that I didn’t get into this shape overnight, or, for that matter, in 6 months time. I simply don’t want to have to face the slow progress every 4-6 weeks. I asked Tim (our trainer) not to do evaluations again until the end of March. Give me some time to make a bit more significant progress. Not giving up though. Gonna reach my goals.

I love our TRX workouts. And I can see improvement, though I want more. I have definitely improved in my control, my balance and my strength.
