Well, I tried Bob Anderson’s Stretching, the DVD. It seems to be quite outdated, and in general, I wouldn’t recommend it. It has been a great start though, and I discovered that I enjoy doing stretches in the morning.
I’m going to build my own routine, and have it critiqued by my Wellness Coach.

I have tested the water with a few variations of Yoga, including Hatha, Bikram, and Vinyasa. What I’ve discovered is that they don’t focus specifically on your flexibility. The programs approach flexibility as more of a side effect. Personally, I’m looking for a program which focuses more on which muscle you are stretching at a particular time, injury avoidance, and specifically increasing your range of motion. I’m going to try Stretching, the DVD.
