Hit 135 on the scale, abs are showing again and I feel like my butt is so firm that I can pull off my hip-toss and swivel walk again!! haha Oh the glory of a job well done.

I’ve been exercising every night and I actually got up on a few occasions at 5am (before work) to exercise. Chhhheeee-o! I rock (insert me dusting my shoulders off).
After filing for my taxes this evening I think I might get out the ol’ yoga ball, hand weights and yoga mat. Time to break out a sweat!
Yoga, aerobics, weight-lifting, pilates .. . you name it I need to start doing more of it!
