I’m doing good! Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do strength training exercises. I’m slowly working up from 10 reps and one set to 15 reps and 3 sets. After that I’m going to switch to harder exercises, or add some weights. I’m looking for tone and endurance more than just muscle bulk. I want to look girly, not strongmanish.

I keep saying I want to lose weight, but really, I’d also like to be able to run, climb 4 flights of stairs without being winded and pick up heavier things. I’m tired of feeling out of shape and wimpy! I think if I can get more in shape, I’ll stop being as afraid of the world too. (I’m always convinced something will happen to me that I can’t survive.)
