I joined this site (National Novel Writing Month)
The idea is to write a 50,000 word novel in the month of November. Most people who try to write a book and fail do so because they try right off the bat for a perfect draft. The idea behind a month long novel is to get a rough, rough first draft. To get all your ideas on paper and out of your head. After November it can be cleaned up as much as you want. I have started mine and my word count is at about 2000 after one day. I am going to work on it right now!

I finished my character developments and started the first chapter. I am pretty satisfies so far, which is amazing because I am such a perfectionist. I tend to read, re-read and re-re-read. I need to just write it all out and proofread it after. Well it’s a learning process

I started writing a book… The idea for it seems really good in my head, it is just getting it to sound right on paper (or computer screen)
I have a problem with having too many ideas and they sort of fall all over one another. I need to learn to sort out which ones are good and relevant to the story or my book will end up a jumbled mess.
However it may turn out, it is just exciting having an idea turn into reality, even if I am the only one to read it
