I’ve been stressed so much lately, mostly about school. It’s made me really ill once or twice, and sometimes I get lightheaded or dizzy when I’m really stressed. And I suffer from migraines all the time from stress. I really need to stress less and somehow find a way to worry less aobut my grades, school, and everyone’s approval. I need to do something for myself for once. I really need to learn how to deal with all the stress I put on myself!
