Don't know what to do 3 years ago

I want to find a job that moves me. A job that makes me want to go to it everyday. I feel like I should know what to do by now. I’ve gone to school and succeeded and failed and I’m working meaningless jobs that I hate. My goal used to be Physical Therapy, but I failed. Now I might want to teach, but I’m afraid to go for it since I’m past my college days and don’t want to fail again. I really just want to find a job I’m happy doing.
