Did some yoga today in aerobics class. It was really relaxing!
I cut the grass today too. Does that count as exercise? lol

Oh my gosh. My aerobics instructor had us do some of the most painful exercises I have ever done the other day. All together we had to do five laps around the track. We had to run the straight, lunge the curve, jump rope/run the straight, squat the curve. IT WAS THE MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. We did that on Thursday and my legs still hurt a little bit.
An hour of step aerobics today and I hate step aerobics. It’s definitely my least favorite of the aerobics.
I just ran/walked four miles today. Oh gosh. I hurt! When I was finished my legs still felt like they were moving. HA!
I’ve been taking aerobics twice a week, but I’d really like to get in the habit of doing cardio once and walking/running once in addition to that.
I have aerobics twice a week and starting this Saturday I’ll be training for a 10K in April. I figure I’ll mix in one cardio work-out in addition and I’ll be good to go on this goal. yes?
I start aerobics on Tuesday and next weekend I start training for a 10K in April. It should be a lot of fun! This way I get my butt in shape.
Yesterday I went to VITA course and walked two miles. I want to try and go a couple of times a week. It was really enjoyable!
I’ve been doing 100 sit-ups a day in relation to another goal I have on my list. I want to start going to the gym, but I honestly don’t know when. I work all the time and when I’m not working I’m in school. I guess I don’t have to go every day. That’s sort of unrealistic, right? I could probably go on Tuesday and Friday and then continue my workout regime at home. That’s a start!
