socialize more

Class started again yesterday & I made it a point to sit beside the guy that I liked last year. He’s so friendly & nice! I’m trying to be more social & open myself up because I’m tired of people misunderstanding my social awkwardness for people stuck up & mean. I’m not! One step at a time, right?

I’ve been talking to some guy for a few weeks now and tonight I accidentally agreed to have coffee with him. At first I freaked out because I’m socially retarded and the idea of meeting this person for coffee just makes me extremely uneasy, but then I realized that this is something I HAVE to do; it’s time to start socializing more, no matter how disastrous it may be.
