go camping

So, we’re supposed to go this weekend, but the weather channel predicts rain and I’m pretty sure I’m going to be on my period.

I CAN’T GO CAMPING ON MY PERIOD. That’s just … wrong.

The boyfriend and I talked about this again tonight and he wants to try and do it at the end of March. He doesn’t want it to get too warm before we go. I’m excited, except I really don’t want to pee behind a tree. I’m definitely not a fan of that.

Any suggestions?

The boyfriend wants to do this.

He and his friends go out once a year and camp and he wants me to come with next time. I mean … I wouldn’t mind going once, but at the same time I definitely don’t want to ruin their fun. So far his friends have been really nice to me and I get along with them really well and they are fun to hang out with, so …

Even though I say I want to go camping I’m almost positive I won’t be any good at it. I’ll probably whine the entire time.
