finish redecorating my bedroom

My room is really starting to come together! Yesterday I bought this funky,chic lamp and my curtains are made and hanging up!! I want it to feel really luxe/glamourous/modern. I wanted to create a space that I would want to spend time in, and I could get inspired in.

This project of redecorating my bedroom is so long over due. My bedroom looked somewhat like Holly Golightly lived in it. Nothing really went together and I could really use some new furniture. So far I have repainted the walls and trim and bought some fabric to make new curtains. I have also painted some old shelves. I have decided to go with sea inspired colors in blues and gray. It’s going to be so calm and relaxing looking. I can’t wait to finish!
