Well, I leave in sixteen days, so summer is done for the most part. It went by quickly, but I definitely completed this goal. I had loads of fun, and I have several more things going before everyone leaves for school. I’ve had an awesome last summer before college, and I’m really in a good place in life right now.

I’m bustling with excitement now that my relay has gone so well, and I’m full of more summer plans to bring it back to life—the team is going to have a midnight run together in our hometown. Also, we’re planning on all going camping together, although I’m concerned it will seem dull after this amazing, intense, high-intensity trip.
Seriously, best weekend of the summer. Perhaps my life. This summer is going superbly!
So I haven’t even graduated yet, but I’m well on my way to fulfilling this goal. Today I cooked my own meal, so I have one of my 43 things done, I have read 3 books, and I have attempted to swim underwater (gonna need to work on that some more).
Started my new journal yesterday, big step for the summer! I’ve also climbed Mt. Monadnock this summer—actually, on the first day of summer (well, senior skip day counts as the first day in my book, at least)!
Does a picnic in the middle of a traffic circle count as “rebellious behavior”? Cuz that would be rather convenient.
