Aw, yeah. I did it. I got myself some cheeky side fringe. I decided for the side bangs because I tend to brush my hand through my hair, which straight-across bangs don’t really enable. This is the picture… sorry that it reeks of MySpace.
I’m so happy I got them, if only because it was a decision I waited to long to commit. Plus, the place I went to was so awesome, and my stylist so helpful! I’m very happy with the results!
Booked my appointment today for this coming Thursday! So nervous because I usually just get it done at a cheap place, but I went all out and am spending way more than usual. I also get pretty intimidated in those upscale salons, but my friend went there and said it was really chill, so hopefully all will be well. And, worse comes to worst, I get a free massage out of it all either way!
I think I’m going to make an appointment for this week. I googled around until I found this style, which is what I think I want. I’m considering also buying a straightener and product so that I can get serious about taking care of my hair. It’s always been a source of insecurity for me, so maybe with a new cut and some more effort I can be more confident.
