become a knight

I’ve been fighting for something around five years. As a girl, it is sometimes hard to get respect on the field. I’ve earned some by being tenatious, by being honorable (in a sense), by getting up when I’m knocked down, and contributing to the group.
I am not, by far, the best fighter. I am too slow, not strong enough and I can’t always get my muscles to do what I want.
I have reached the point with my unit, Gestiguiste, that I am eligable to test for the rank of Knight. I took my first attempt two weeks ago come Thursday. I did not do abysmally, but I was no where near passing. I’ll be trying again this week, the rain kept me last week. (my ride didn’t want to fight in the rain, though we hold practice regardless)
