The week that I wasn’t paying any attention, that I had so much other crap going on, that I ate whatever was in front of me…

I lost 2.5 pounds and my BMI is now 24.8!!! Hallelujah!!

But I went to a weekend-long barbecue last weekend and I was actually expecting it to have gone up. I’ve never been so relieved to stay the same! ;)

I’m paying much more attention to the distribution of my calories this week. Rather than just limiting myself to a calorie range, I’m trying to keep 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. Hopefully, this will help for next week.
