COMPLETED, mostly. There were a few nights when I couldn’t fall asleep, but I was at least in bed by 10:30 p.m.
Plan meals for the week, and stick to the plan
NOT COMPLETED. I picked a terrible month to try this goal out. Maybe later on, like in the summer, I would be more successful – but in the month of March, I didn’t have a single week where I was home before 8:00 p.m. on more than two days.
Finish vocal charts for pop show
Pay off one of my student loans

Automate as much of my finances as possible
COMPLETED, albeit a bit late. Finally got the church to give me direct deposit, which was the biggest thing.
Do more yoga!
COMPLETED, but only in the most technical sense of the word. “A little bit” is more than “none.” I have been terribly lazy since school got out.

COMPLETED, in spades! I’m proud of myself – I’ve lost nearly 10 pounds, and three inches from my waist and my hips. Good habits created during this goal will continue.

COMPLETED! In fact, I managed six times per week. Going to keep this one on the list as a continuing goal, at least until I’ve reached my goal weight.
Eat clean, train mean, live lean
PARTLY COMPLETED. I did really well with my training, but not so well with sticking to South Beach. I think I’m going to not worry so much about the specific diet restrictions, and instead focus on burning more than I consume. Obviously I’ll keep eating lots of veg and fruit and meat and such, but I’m not going to beat myself up over an occasional treat.
Thrive, rather than just survive (work, body, sanity)
PARTLY COMPLETED. Did pretty well with the “work” and “sanity” portions, not so hot with the “body.” Next month’s goal will address this.
