It’s amazing (and refreshing) to see that so many people are interested in learning a second/foreign language. Good luck to us all!

I’m trying to learn about 10 new Spanish words per day. One significant challenge is memorizing the gender (masculine or feminine) of each noun. To this end, I’ve found the use of mnemonics to be indispensable.
The deeper I delve into the Japanese language, the less daunting it becomes. (One would hope that’s how language learning should be.) Nevertheless, learning all the honorifics is still proving to be a challenge.
I’m focusing on Spanish and Japanese right now, and relying mostly on self-study. Maybe I should look into the possibility of evening/weekend classes for one or both languages.
