I woke up today at about 11:00am and proceeded to slowly roll out of bed. By 11:45, I was eating brunch in front of the TV, and any residual fatigue had diminished. I don’t usually get up so late, but there’s certainly no better time than Sunday morning to catch up on sleep!

I’d like to implement a sleep routine of going to bed each night at 10-10:30pm and waking up the next day at 6am. I don’t really need to wake up quite so early, but “early to bed, early to rise” is apparently recommended by most health and sleep experts. It’s advice that’s probably worth taking.
I like to listen to music or an audiobook till I’m on the verge of falling asleep, and then switch off my MP3 player so the batteries don’t get drained.
