Well, using this http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ program, I’ve decided to go in for the six-week program.
My initial test was 25 sit-ups consecutively. So, in 6 weeks time, that number SHOULD be around 200, if all goes well.
Yay.
Oh, joyous occasion. :D
