I have been extremely naughty in the past few months. I kinda just gave up and ate a lot! I havent steped on the scales in months. Im a little scared, coz today is the day. Im going back to the gym with my boyfriend and i will weigh myself this arvo. I told him to work me til i hurt lol :)
Today i have eaten:
Breakfast: a cup of tea, with two sugars and whole milk
(and a cough lolly but thats just stupid lol)
I really need to cut down on what i eat. yesterday at tafe i had two packs of chips in my break. I have no idea why! Its like my stomach takes over my mind and makes me buy more. I know it sounds like im making stupid excuses but some of you may know what i mean. Anyway, i kind of cant wait, but im scared of the scales this afternoon :(

Yay. i get my first pay today! soon i can afford to go back to the gym! it has been so long and i quite enjoy it so i cant wait! All i have today for lunch and recess is two little snack cheese and biscut things. they r only about 100cals each

I felt really sick this morning. Really light headed and like i wanted to throw up (i sorta wish i did seeing as though i cant make myself) But then i had a big glass of vegie juice and some green tea and i felt a little better, still not 100% though. I had this deadly chocolate cake last night and i feel really bad. I gotta start and work out…. I have a job now so i am gonna start and get gym memberships again :)sucks they r so expensive!

Back on track today :) Yesterday i slept at my bf’s place and his mum makes his and my school lunch which isnt the healthiest, just all pre backaced chips and bars and stuff.
But today i was st my place and made my usual salad (and today roast beef) sandwich, crispbreads (lite) with cheese spread, orange juice, and today i decided to let myself be a little sinful and have two timtams (shh). I have been so good lately so why not treat myself? And, im totally adicted to V8 vegie juice! lol, and surprisingly i got my six year old niece onto the stuff and she hates vegies with a passion! lol.
But yeah, my boyfriend and i set up my sit up machine last nignt. Its really hard to get the hang of, but its probably coz im not used to it. But it certainly works my tummy :)
But yes, must invest in some cheap scales so i can see if i have lost anything!
Overall i have been going pretty well :)

I have been really good lately. I was shopping with mum and managed to restrain myself from all the chockies and yummy stuff. I have been eating rice cakes and crispbreads which are both amazingly low in cals, and i have been eating a lot of fruit and salad. So yeah, all is going well. Starting tomorrow im going to start and only eat these sorts of foods or dont eat at all! I’m quite proud of myself and i am starting to think i have lost a little bit of weight. I havent looked on scales though seeing as though i dont own any

I did ok yesterday, but there is always room for improvement! Not eating much at all today.
Mum said she thinks i hav dropped a little weight :) Thats awesome considering she is constantly telling me im fat! Yay!

Awesome new look for 43things :) I havent been on for about three weeks so yeah.
Today i have had
Breckie: 1 mandarin and a glass of orange juice.
For lunch and recess i have packed:
1 salad sandwich on wholemeal bread
2 snack packets of sultanas and unsalted nuts
1 mandarin
1 banana
4 jam tart biscuts (which i will give two to my boyfriend)
and a bottle of water
Sounds like a lot but im pretty proud of it.
I didnt bring any money either so i cant go to the canteen!
I dunno what i will have for dinner yet.
I also got a job at kmart waratah. When i was looking for a job i was always dreading my lunch breaks, but luckily this kmart is at a shopping centre where there isnt really all that much fast food. just subway and gloria jeans and stuff. So i shouldnt do too bad.
I havent been on the scales either so i cant really say i have lost any weight or not. I feel like i have lost maybe a little but i could be wrong. I have been a little slack on my eating over the school holidays. :(
