I have been of my plan for about a week now and i feel like crap. im going to cut down the food i eat dramatically for a while and maybe give fasting a serious attempt
Today: Brekkie: 1 cup of mint green tea
Lunch n recess: 8 jatz with cheese and an apple and blackcurrent juice(i hope i dont ruin it!)
and then nothing else until dinner tonight.
If i can get through this, i can fast tomorrow (and hopefully skip dinner with the family)
I really hope i stop screwing up coz i am so sick of feeling like crap.

Well, yesterday wasnt the best… but im not all that depressed about it. What happened is that i had 7 serves instead of five (if you wanna know what my diet is then got to my other entries)
If it wasnt for easter eggs and dad rocking up at 9pm with chinese food i would have only had four serves! grr! I am quite proud of my 150 sit ups i did last night though :) (thats a lot for me)
Today i have had:
Breckie – 1 cup of green tea
(later)
Lunch – I packed a salad, a srawberry museli bar, a small vegie juice and a sugar free red bull (all that, i’d say is 2 serves)
Dinner – Whatever mum cooks!
If i stick to it i have 3 serves for dinner :)
I dont know if i have actually lost anything yet, since i dont have scales, but i certainly feel better and i dont feel as fat, (if that makes sense)
My boyfriend is staying over tonight so i am hoping that he will motivate me to go for a morning jog tomorrow :)

My self invented diet, ie.
- I cannot eat anything bigger my hand. I tend to have trouble with portion sizes and always over eat so im gonna limit myself. Really bad foods, i.e chocolate and deep fried stuff portions are only the size of my palm AT THE MOST!
- I also have a limit of five meals per day. I can eat them whenever the hell i want, and if i decide to be a douche and pig out on all five in the morning then so be it, i have none for the rest of the day.
- The palm size rule only doesnt apply for salad or fruit/vegies in which case i can have as much as i like, so long as stuff like cheese is limited.
- i need to exercise!!! I have to get off my ass and do something every day, even if its just a little. Every little bit counts!
- drink LOTS of water and green tea!!!! Limit soft drinks and have coffee only with skim milk!
It didnt go the best yesterday. I ate the equivalent of 8.5 meals :( I decided to bring it down to five meals instead of six coz. i feel like im still eating too much, even when i stick to the six. I did manage to do a little pilates yesterday though, so i feel kind of good about that.
Today im just going to do it! No more excuses! All i have packed for school today is:
a celery stick with peanut butter (it tastes like crap without it, but i know its naughty) I SERVE.
and a half a vegemite sandwich 1 SERVE

Well, i did my easter long weekend of my trial diet:

I didnt do too bad. I havent been on a scale or anything but as i was getting dressed to go out yesterday, i felt like i was less flabby around the tummy area. It’s probably just a psychological thing, because i doubt very much i could have lost all that over four days, but if it makes me feel better about myself then it cant be bad right?
I have decided to continue, a little more strictly now since easter and all that chocolate is over!
Today all i have had is
Breakfast: 1 slice of vegiemite toast: white bread, with butter (one portion)
Later i will have:
Recess/morning tea: Small apricot fruit bar and celery sticks (the bar is only about the length and width of my finger so im not too worried about that, and celery doesnt count coz its a vegetable!)
Lunch: 1 vegiemite sandwich: 2 sl of white bread with butter (two portions)
Dinner: No idea, but i have left three portions free for that!
I wont let myself screw up today!

Also, im so jealous of my friend coz she has lost nearly 15 kilos on the tony ferguson diet! But coz its shakes and stuff i think it’ll be hard to keep off when she starts eating properly again.

I figured that the four day weekend would be the time to start because im not at school for four days which means i will have no temptation of food from the canteen or from other friends n stuff like that. I HAVE to make it through the four days, even if its just a four day trial period. I need to learn to commit to something for once.

So far all i have had is a capaccino (however u spell it) with skim milk. For lunch im going to have a salad sandwich and nothing else until dinner. I even left my wallet at home today so that i cant buy anything at the canteen. i have to do my pilates video tonight WITHOUT FAIL!!!!! I really hope i make it. wis me luck!
