until I came back from holiday and got really bad jet lag. Plan is to get up REALLY early tomorrow and then go to sleep the normal time so my REM cycle can be kicked into step.
Got up at 5AM this morning – dunno what happened but I woke up really early and decided to get up then.
It was a good move, I feel good although I have accomplished nothing yet apart from making my entire family breakfast felt good being the good daughter for once.
Yesterday – 9:30
Today – 10:30 (after a particularly gruelling gym session the night before)
Tomorrow I’m going to try for 9am!
with no school/exams/revision to be done I’m going to bed later and waking up later – not a good cycle, so it stops tomorrow!
at 5:30am yesterday in order to get some last minute revision in, didn’t actually know clocks went back that far. And yes, I did get more done, but wanted to fall asleep at like 7pm!!!! – pathetic.
to fit in more revision, and hopefully start a new habit. I always feel it’s such a waste when I lounge around in bed ‘till 12 and feel horrible for the rest of the day, so I’m going to battle against my teenage REM cycle!
