I am taking fazzaspeed’s advice and started lower than I held in the beginning. I didn’t think starting at my max was a good idea, and backed off. So I’m building up in increments of 5 sec/day, I am now at 40 seconds, and feel good at it.
Using this plan gives me something to guide me, as well as something nice to look forward to (completing this goal), without making it so exhausting that I put it off. I just love the idea that I might just get some upper body strength!
